Orders
We want you to feel comfortable in placing your orders with us at this time. Please rest assured we will keep you up to date with any government restrictions that affect new and existing orders and provide refunds if we are unable to fulfil your order due to disruptions.

Operations
We are aware that some of our delivery partners are experiencing delays. Regional deliveries may be delayed by 3-4 days. Please check your delivery estimate at checkout.
Deliveries of the mattress, bed base and bedside table in Metro areas are operating as usual.
Deliveries
To protect our couriers and customers during the COVID-19 outbreak, we will now be operating contact-free deliveries. We won’t request a signature upon delivery, and we’ll let you know when we’ve left your items at your address.
100 Night Trial
Your 100 night trial* is still valid during this time. However, we are experiencing disruptions to our charity donation network due to distancing restrictions and charity shutdowns. If your return is affected, your trial period will be extended until we are able to carry out our donation. If you wish to lodge a return, please notify us within the first 100 days as normal. If we can’t execute your return right now, we’ll extend your trial until we can secure a charity collection.
