Sleepsenze Topper FAQ

• When can I expect my topper to arrive?

  You can expect your new topper(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

• Is there a 100-night trial on the topper?

  Unfortunately, the 100-Night Trial is not available on the Topper. Once the box has been opened, this product can no longer be returned. The Sleepsenze topper does have a 5 -year warranty against defects, where Sleepsenze will provide a free return and replacement.

• will a topper make my mattress softer?

  While our sublime foam topper can give you a delicious extra layer of comfort on top of your mattress, we can’t claim that it will make your mattress softer. That’s because the feel of our topper on your mattress totally depends on your mattress underneath it. And seeing as our topper is made from foam, it’ll mould to the shape of your mattress over time, too. Something to bear in mind if your mattress had a dip or sagging.

• can I use the topper on any type of mattress?

  We don’t recommend using the topper on a mattress that has dips or an uneven surface as the topper adapts to the shape of a mattress and might dip in the places where the holes are. Not a great experience if you ask us.

• Can I wash the cover?

  Absolutely. The cover of the topper has a zipper that you can just remove and put in the washer. Run it in a cold setting, and a fresh topper once again!
