100 Night Trial

- If you’re not completely satisfied within 100 nights of sleeping on your new Sleepsenze mattress, you’re entitled to a refund. Our returns process is offered Once your mattress has been collected by one of our delivery partners, your refund will be processed.
- To be eligible for a return, you must have been sleeping on your Sleepsenze mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. It can take between 4-5 weeks for your body to adjust to any mattress. If you are not completely satisfied after this trial period, contact us within 100 nights of delivery to initiate a return.
- We never resell a used mattress! Your original mattress will likely be donated to charity to help those in need.
- Once you lodge a return request, we will organize a pick-up from one of our Delivery partners. Collections can take up to 10 business days, and can only occur during business hours.
- Collection addresses with access restrictions or that fall outside of metro and regional cities may make it difficult for our delivery partner to collect your mattress. In these instances, our customer service team will work with you to help facilitate your return.
- After all, options have been exhausted, we might ask for your help to deliver to your nearest mattress drop-off location. Once you send in your shipping receipt, we will issue your full refund.
- For all returns, your original purchase receipt is required in order to process your refund.
- Any mattress that has mold, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are no longer eligible for a mattress return nor replacement.
- Our return policy is limited to one (1) return of a maximum of two (2) mattresses to be returned or exchanged per household. All returns are only applicable to a customer’s first order. Please contact us directly within the first 100 nights of owning your mattress to lodge a return request.
- In the case of an exchange, you’ll be responsible only for any difference in pricing. We will cover any additional shipping expenses.
- The refund process takes place once the returned mattress is verified, Normally 15 working days.
- Sleepsenze reserves the right to decline your refund in case of improper proof of purchase, competitor foul play, Etc.
- Unfortunately, the sleep trial is not available on the Pillows. The Sleepsenze pillows have a 1year warranty against defects. Sleepsenze will provide free returns and free replacements.
  Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons Pillows, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if they have been opened and/or washed, unless faulty.
- Unfortunately, the sleep trial is not available on the Topper. The Sleepsenze pillows have a 5-year warranty against defects. Sleepsenze will provide free returns and free replacements.
  Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons Topper, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if they have been opened and/or washed, unless faulty.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If for any reason you are not happy with the Mattress, just email us to let us know and we will arrange to have the mattress collected by our delivery partner. Once the mattress has been collected you will be issued a full refund.
There is no need to keep the packaging, if a return is required the Delivery partner will collect the mattress at full size as long as it is in clean condition with no rips, tears, or stains.
We will arrange to have the mattress collected by the Delivery partner Donated to charity.
If you buy directly from Sleepsenze, you can enjoy all of our sleep trials, return periods, and warranties. These can vary per item, so make sure you check the page of the goodies you’re wanting to buy to get clued up. Or you can pick the brains of our Customer Experience team by contacting us. If you buy from other retailers, they might have their own trials, returns, and warranty periods, and we can’t guarantee that these will match ours. So it’s always best to check with the retailer you’re planning to buy from.
